If you register for a class, your e-mail address will be automatically added to our mailing list, which is used to send out a monthly newsletter with information about what's going on in the kitchen. You may unsubscribe from this list at any time. When you return to our site, you will log in using the e-mail address and password you supply. This information is well protected on our server, and not even our administrators can know what password you have entered. You are responsible for protecting your password by using best practices (e.g. not sharing it with other people).

We store a small amount of information on your computer in a structure called a cookie.
